Practicing real estate, as a licensee, involves constant negotiation – from acceptance of an offer, commission on a listing, the pricing of a listing, to negotiating for buyer brokerage or exclusive representation. A true professional must learn to negotiate for the benefit of their represented client and themselves as they negotiate with buyers, with sellers and with other agents. Many principles of negotiating hold true for any type of negotiation yet there are many specific skills and strategies that must be mastered to succeed at the various types of negotiations. This course covers ethical negotiation strategies with agency relationships in mind but without negotiating away the store.

CE Cancellation Policy: If a course is cancelled, a refund check will be issued. NO registration fee will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. If a member wishes to drop out of a class, a written notice must be submitted 3 business days in advance of the starting date in order to receive a tuition refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
